Am I required to take the entire amount offered in my auto loan pre-approval?
No. We’re flexible. The Up-to-Amount is the maximum amount you qualify for. Use only what you need based on your financing requirements. This allows for you to know every aspect of your financing up front when shopping for a car or prior to visiting the dealer.
Can I use my offer to refinance or purchase a car from a private party?
Currently, we only support vehicles purchased from a dealership on AAA.com. However, AAA does offer refinancing and other loans. Contact us at 844.541.2886 and we’d be happy to help.
How do I access my Auto Loan Application once I have started it?
Once you’ve started your auto loan application, you may exit and return to where you left off. Visit www.AAA.com and sign in using the link on the top right side of the page. After signing in, look for the My Offers section on the lower right side of the page to locate a link to view your loan offer or continue your application.
How much time do I have before my application expires?
After you begin your application, you will have 30 days to find your vehicle and complete the auto loan process.
How long is my pre-approval offer valid?
Your offer has a defined expiration date. Sign in to your account at AAA.com to view your offer details.
How long will it take to receive a credit decision?
Our auto loan process only takes minutes once you provide the vehicle information you would like to purchase.

What type of vehicle loans does Auto Club Trust, FSB provide?
We offer loans on most makes and models of new or used cars, small trucks, SUVs and minivans. Used cars over 10 years old from the current model year must be reviewed manually before approval. This auto loan does not cover motorcycles, RVs, mobile homes, commercial vehicles and boats, vehicles purchased from a non-dealer or the refinancing of existing vehicles you may already own.

What is an auto loan “Pre-Approval” offer?
A pre-approval is a firm offer of credit made by the Auto Club Trust, FSB. Offer is subject to the applicant maintaining certain credit criteria upon acceptance.
What repayment terms does Auto Club Trust, FSB offer with an auto loan?
You may select 48 months, 60 months, or 72 months for this auto loan offer. There is no penalty for paying off a loan earlier than the maturity date.
How does the dealer get paid?
Once you eSign your loan documents, we will give you a unique funding code to give to your dealer. You can provide your dealer’s email address or have your dealer call us directly at 844.541.2886 to receive instructions to access the AAA Dealer Portal. Once information is verified, the dealer will receive their funds in 24 to 48 hours.
Where do I find the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?
The VIN can be found by looking at the dashboard on the driver’s side of the vehicle. You can also locate the VIN on the door panel, window sticker, or the purchase agreement provided by your dealer.
What is the AAA Auto Buying Service?
AAA provides an auto buying program with exclusive member savings. You can shop and research vehicles by visiting AAA.com and selecting the AAA Auto Buying program.
What if after I accept my offer, I decide to finance through the dealer or another bank?
You may withdraw your loan application at any time.
I had an offer that expired, now I want to buy a car. What do I do?

Are there any pre-payment penalties?
There are no pre-payment penalties.
Can I pay my loan off early?
Yes. There are no penalties.
Is my personal information secure?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. When interacting with AAA.com, advance security processes are in place to ensure a secure transaction between AAA and you.

What do you consider a new and used vehicle?
New car rates apply to model years that fall within one previous year through one future year from the current year.
Do you provide commercial vehicle loans?
No. Auto Club Trust, FSB does not currently offer loans for commercial vehicles.
Are there different rates for new and used vehicles?
Yes. Auto Club Trust, FSB differentiates pricing based on new and used classifications. A new vehicle is defined as never having been titled.
