Can I refinance or purchase a vehicle from a private party?
AAA.com supports vehicle purchases from licensed dealerships as well as the refinance of vehicle loans from other financial institutions. Auto Club Trust, FSB does not currently offer loans for private party sales. For any other vehicle financing needs, please contact us at 844.541.AUTO (2886) for assistance.
How do I access my online Auto Loan Application once I have started it?
Once you've started your auto loan application, you may exit and return to where you left off. Visit AAA.com/autoloans, click Get Started, and sign in to pick up where you left off.
How much time do I have before my application expires?
After you begin your application, you will have 30 days to find your vehicle and complete the auto loan process.
How long is my pre-approval offer valid?
Your offer has a defined expiration date. Visit AAA.com/autoloans, click Get Started, and sign in to view your offer details.
How long will it take to receive a credit decision?
Our online auto loan process takes just minutes once you provide the vehicle information and financing details. Some transactions may request the applicant to call for assistance. In those instances, the credit decision may take slightly longer.

What types of vehicle loans does Auto Club Trust, FSB provide?
We offer loans on most makes and models of new or used cars, small trucks, SUVs and minivans. Used cars over 10 years old from the current model year, refinance transactions, and applications submitted with a co-borrower will be reviewed manually prior to approval. Do you provide commercial vehicle loans?
Auto Club Trust, FSB does not currently offer loans for commercial vehicles.
Does Auto Club Trust, FSB offer flexible payment terms?
You may select a terms of up to 72 months for this auto loan offer. There is no penalty for paying off a loan before the maturity date.
How will the dealership be paid?
Once you e-sign your loan documents and provide us with your dealer's email address, we will assign a unique funding code that you will provide to your dealer. Your dealer will receive an email containing instructions for requesting payment through AAA's state of the art Dealer Portal or your dealer may call 855.222.8154 for additional payment options. The dealer will receive payment 1-2 business days after we verify the purchase details.
If I refinance an existing auto loan through AAA, how is my old loan paid off?
Once you e-sign your loan documents, we will request a payoff statement from the financial institution holding your existing auto loan. After we have verified the payoff details, payment will be overnighted within two business days.

Where do I find the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?
Locate the VIN by standing outside the vehicle and looking at the dashboard on the driver's side where it meets the windshield. You can also find the VIN on the driver's side door jamb, the purchase agreement provided by your dealer, or on your vehicle's title, registration, or insurance card.
What if I decide to finance through the dealership or another bank?

Are there any pre-payment penalties?

Should your vehicle be stolen and not recovered or totaled in an accident, our Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) coverage pays any difference between what you owe and the cash value of your vehicle.
